What a jolly gathering!

A whopping 116 people signed up for the walk this year in the beautiful Windsor Great Park. All - in some ways touched by aplastic anaemia - wether still suffering, having lost a loved one many years ago, in support of a dear friend who's now in remission...

Our wonderful supporter and volunteer Jill explores her reasons for doing this year's walk.

Fundraising support to our charity

Collectively the walkers raised nearly £3,000! The money will go towards expanding our reach via support networks across regions in the UK - a much needed opportunity for people to meet and support each other closer to where they live.

Daisy is one of the most ardent walkers - was this her tenth walk in the park?!

The Turner family

A special thank you must go to the Turner family for their continued support of our charity over the years. Joyce, who has suffered with AA, rallies her troops every year and always brings a smiling crowd!

Her granddaughters have done her hugely proud this year - they cleaned the street in their neighbourhood, sold their unwanted toys - all in support of our cause. THANK YOU!!!

Here are some snaps from the event - enjoy, and hopefully we'll see you again next year? But if you cannot wait - join us in the Peak District on 21 September - the registration is now open - book your place here.

And last but by no means least - here is Lisa who was the first to arrive at the park on the day to help us set up - a real superstar, thank you!!!

We look forward to seeing you again next year!
