Managing Stress and Living with Uncertainty - Online Course

This shortened version of the 12 week Managing Stress and Living with Uncertainty course has been specially designed for you to complete over 6 weeks.  We recommend completing no more than one session per week.  When you sign up you will receive an email containing the recording and resources for the first week.  Please check your spam folder if you have not received your email within half an hour.  

Further sessions will be emailed to you on a weekly basis.

Please download the resources before you start each session and ensure that you are in a comfortable and calm space where you will not be disturbed.

Should you feel uncomfortable at any time, or if you find the course triggers any difficult feelings, please do stop the recording and call our helpline 0300 102 3202 for support.
