Yoga for better sleep This session is designed for students to work within their mobility means and comfort and offers a range of movement options suitable for those within the aplastic anaemia community. Gentle stretching across the body length and ‘rested' poses are to help wind the body + mind down for relaxation and sleep. Gentle breathwork can help calm and regulate our nervous system to prepare for the ‘rest and digest’ state, as well as bring a soft focus to your practise.
