Yoga for better sleep with Bethan Ecclestone

The Aplastic Anaemia Trust worked with qualified yoga practitioner Bethan Ecclestone to create this session for you.

This hour long yoga session is designed for students to work within their mobility means and comfort and offers a range of movement options suitable for those within the aplastic anaemia community.

Gentle stretching across the body length and ‘rested’ poses are to help wind the body and mind down for relaxation and sleep.

Gentle breathwork can help calm and regulate our nervous system to prepare for the "rest and digest" state, as well as bring a soft focus to your practise.
