Join the group of aplastic anaemia cyclists for this beautiful ride, and cross the country, covering around 140 miles in three days.

Together, we can fund research and improve treatment for people with aplastic anaemia.

You'll take in the most beautiful Lake District scenery, stay in comfortable youth hostels, guest houses and hotels - and your ride will be supported by a van driven by experience cyclists.

After three days of riding, you'll finish at the stunning Roker Beach in Sunderland - the perfect place to dip your toes in the ocean and enjoy a well deserved pint!

This is the perfect challenge for people who want to take on something big - while connecting with other families who want to see the end of aplastic anaemia.

Day 1 - Whitehaven to Penrith
Day 2 - Penrith to Weardale
Day 3 - Weardale to Roker Beach
