For people with aplastic anaemia, we know how important it is to maintain both our physical and mental wellbeing. In these challenging times, where we aren't always able to go outside and be active or go to the gym, we've put in place an amazing programme of activities that you can do from the comfort of your own home!
All of the activities that we've planned are relaxing, and can easily be done from your own home. If you're worried about feeling tired, feeling short of breath or that the activities might be painful, don't worry - we've adapted these activities to be suitable for everyone!
