Set yourself a challenge to complete in February 2021 and raise money and awareness for aplastic anaemia. Raise £150 before Rare Disease Day and earn your limited edition Super Rare T-shirt!

How to take part

1. Set yourself a challenge for February.
Choose something you can safely do alone at home or in a local outdoor space. For example, you could...

  • Complete twenty push ups every morning during February
  • Commit to walking or running a set distance over the month
  • Go for a cycle ride every day, rain or shine!

Committing to a regular routine can help support your mental health during difficult times, and achieveable goals can give you a sense of personal achievement.

2. Create your fundraising page
Set up a page for our Super Rare campaign for Rare Diseases Day, and ask friends and family to donate.

Create your page now and send the link to your family and friends.

3. Use our Super Rare social media posts to spread the word
Our social media posts will help you to tell more people about aplastic anaemia and encourage them to donate in support. We also have customisable A4 posters - find them in our Free Fundraising Pack (below).

4. Contact us for your free t-shirt

When you've raised £150 on your fundraising page, we'll send you a free Super Rare t-shirt!

Email a link to your fundraising page to Ellie at edawes@theaat.org.uk. Let us know your preferred t-shirt design and size, and the address for us to send your t-shirt to you.

Offline fundraising is fine too! Just post the cheque to our address below, and include your return address and t-shirt size to claim your free tee. These tees are 100% cotton and high quality - and they're also super rare! There are just a couple available in each style and size, so get in touch quickly to bag your favourite.
