On Saturday 31st August I am doing a memory walk up Snowdonia in memory of my Sister Rachael who sadly passed away in 2009 after many years battling Aplastic Anaemia.

I want to raise awareness of the disease as not many people are aware of the complications and devastation this disease causes.

I was diagnosed also with this disease in 2008, I am nowhere near as severe as my sister was. I have battles daily but I fight through why for HER! She was not only my sister, she was my best mate and I want to do her proud!
