Daniel Johnson One of my best friends was diagnosed with Aplastic Anaemia a year ago, at the time I didn't really know what it was or what the treatment would involve.
I visited him when he was in isolation in hospital undergoing a stem cell transplant, it was good to see him again as due to the treatment I hadn't seen as much of him, but I had to stay in an outside room and we communicated through the xbox.
I would like to raise awareness of this condition and so I decided that I would shave my head to raise money for the Aplastic Anaemia Trust, anyone who knows me knows that my hair is my prize possession after having a perm last year, and I am sure there will be lots of volunteers to shave it off.
I am planning to do this after a cricket match on the 13th July - please help me raise money and awareness to help anyone else diagnosed with this condition. Daniel Johnson
