Why not give yourself time and permission to breathe? Take this one hour a week just for you.

Over the 6 week course you learn about mediation, enjoy sound baths and yoga. 

Week 1 and 2- Becky (Present moment meditation @present_moment_meditation) will lead and introduction to meditation, with short guided mediations, giving you tools that you can rely on to live a more calm and present life.

Week 3 and 4- Join Sami (www.samifitz.com @samifitz) for some relaxing sound baths. She uses gongs, singing bowls, voice, and small percussion to relax the body and help clear the mind.

Week 5 and 6- Bethan ( www.bethanecclestone.com @b.e.c.c.l.e.s) will lead with some gentle Yoga, which helps you to be kind to your body and your mind.

This course is free of charge, and we do ask that you commit to the full 6 weeks when signing up, so you get the most out of the sessions. Places are limited. 

The course takes place on Monday evenings at 7.30pm from the 1st November until the 6th December
