Christmas and the winter season can be challenging stressful times for us all. We know that for people with aplastic anaemia, the prospect of socialising with friends and family during the festive season can be scary - even more so during the Covid pandemic.

If you are feeling anxious about meeting up with friends or relatives over Christmas, and aren't feeling comfortable with or sure how to discuss the subject with them, join us for our webinar on Thursday 9th December at 5.30pm.

We'll be joined by Dr Frances Goodhart, a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with people with chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Frances will be on hand to share some ideas and techniques that you can use in order to handle difficult conversations with friends and relatives, helping you to set boundaries to keep yourself safe and comfortable over the winter season.

Frances is also happy to answer any questions that you may have, and there will be an opportunity at the end of the webinar for you to ask these. To ensure that as many questions as possible can be answered, we would be grateful if you could submit your questions in advance, either when signing up to the webinar below, or by email to us at [email protected].

A special thank you to Alexion, who have sponsored our series of Winter Wellness Webinars.
