People with non-severe aplastic anaemia may find themselves in a stage of pre-treatment monitoring, sometimes referred to as "watch and wait".
During this time you should expect to have regular check-ups and blood tests, and be provided with advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your medical team will discuss your possible future treatment options with you.
This can be a stressful and confusing time. We're here to support you.
You don't need to be in treatment to access our support. Whatever your question, get in touch via phone, email or social media.

Join us at a coffee morning, walk or online chat to talk things through with others who are in that pre-treatment stage.
