Dagmara Karbowska, Fundraising and Impact Manager

Dagmara joined the AAT in 2018 to build a Trusts & Foundations income stream. In 2020 her role evolved to include impact management.

Typically, Dagmara’s work involves gathering evidence of need to support future projects and initiatives of the charity, developing compelling cases for support, researching funding opportunities and partnerships, putting strong grant applications, nourishing relationships and connections that matter, using best practice in monitoring and evaluation to plan and measure the impact of the AAT’s work.

Before joining the AAT, for many years Dagmara has worked in business development roles for consulting companies in the UK and abroad specialised in technology, innovation and international development.

In the AAT, Dagmara discovered the beauty of working in a small team that delivers work that no other organization in the UK does. She loves learning about patients’ needs and building funding propositions that address them.
